Japan has constantly been one of the most significant inspirations in woodworking art for me. Japanese designs have been so astounding with the application of woods.
The deceptively simple blending of architecture, landscape, and wood in japan has always intrigued the rest of the world. wood, paper, and other materials in screens and floors have all contributed to the evolution of varied yet highly distinctive style. Their hands and feet show the inevitable effects of their efforts to turn wood into a beauty. Those creative, firm, and precise joints .whether for a stool or a Shinto temple, the technique and theory are identical. A permanent, harmonious union is the goal. Any part of this activity gets me elated. Creativity, design, beauty, endurance, accuracy, delicacy, technical terms, specific Japanese hand tools, and a lot more are inexplicable and induce me to act.
Wood design has been also ,a part of my experience for years .Creating works of art, which serve to enhance the aesthetic richness and value of daily life. thinking about function, shape, color, form, dimensions, wood species, and finish.
The depicted furniture in this gallery has been built by both hand and power tools. Beechwood is the material that is accessible where I live.
